INTERIOR DESIGNER

Rocce is looking for a new Interior Designer to join our team in line with our growth objectives. We are seeking a team member who will add value to our projects with their creativity, disciplined work, and passion for design.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create kitchen, furniture, and interior design solutions according to customer requirements
• Professionally present product, material, and color options to customers in the showroom
• Take on-site measurements, perform pre-application checks, and support the production process
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, visualize projects (using Adeko, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or 3ds Max, etc.)
• Work in coordination with sales and production teams on technical drawings related to quotation preparation, pricing, and production process
• Ensure customer satisfaction from the beginning to the end of the project process
• Follow current design trends, material, and color innovations to make design recommendations
• Support sales activities by preparing project visuals and technical presentations for customers
• Follow up on post-sale measurement, assembly organization, and delivery processes
• Create new sales channels and develop existing customer portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Graduated from Interior Architecture or Architecture departments
• At least 3 years of experience in kitchen or interior furniture design
• Proficient in design programs such as AutoCAD, Adeko, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion
• Must have a Class B driver's license and vehicle use is mandatory
• Experienced in on-site measurement and project tracking
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong presentation and communication skills, successful in customer relations
• Advanced planning, reporting, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, creative, and solution-focused
